AEB-L Stainless Steel Bunka Set

This set is made from AEB-L, a great stainless for culinary blades; it includes the Bunka, Mini Bunka, and the Micro Bunka.  You might be wondering why I'm using this design for my sets.  I feel the Bunka is an amazing all around kitchen knife.  It's very similar to the santoku, but with a little less curve on the edge.
