AEB-L Stainless Steel Bunka Set

One more another Bunka set that will be available at Blade Show West, on October 4th and 5th, in Salt Lake City.  This one is made from AEB-L, a great stainless for culinary blades.  This set includes the Bunka, Mini Bunka, and the Micro Bunka.  You might be wondering why I'm using this design for my sets.  I feel the Bunka is an amazing all around kitchen knife.  It's very similar to the santoku, but with a little less curve on the edge.
